본 이용약관은 QuizMania(퀴즈매니아)가 제공하는 SatGPT 서비스의 이용조건, 결제, 환불, 이용자와 사업자의 권리·의무를 정함을 목적으로 합니다.
These Terms of Service govern access to SatGPT, including service use, payments, refunds, and the respective rights and obligations of users and QuizMania(퀴즈매니아).
SatGPT는 DSAT 문제 풀이, 채점, AI 기반 리뷰, 오답 관리 기능을 제공하는 온라인 학습 서비스입니다.
SatGPT is an online study service that provides DSAT practice, scoring, AI-assisted review, and review-list management features.
이용자는 정확한 계정 정보를 제공하여야 하며, 본인의 계정을 제3자에게 양도하거나 대여할 수 없습니다.
Users must provide accurate account information and may not transfer, assign, or lend their account to a third party.
유료 플랜은 결제 완료 시점부터 선결제 방식으로 이용 가능하며, 월 구독 상품의 경우 결제 주기에 따라 자동 결제 또는 갱신 설정이 적용될 수 있습니다. 유료 이용기간이 시작되면 해당 기간 동안 제공되는 SAT 연습 콘텐츠, 채점, 리뷰 및 관련 학습도구에 대한 디지털 이용권이 즉시 부여되며, 그 이후 중도 해지하더라도 이미 결제된 해당 기간의 이용요금은 관련 법령상 달리 요구되지 않는 한 환불되지 않습니다.
Paid plans are provided on a prepaid basis once payment is completed. Monthly subscriptions may renew automatically or follow the renewal settings presented at checkout. When a paid service period starts, the user immediately receives access to the paid digital features and study-use rights available for that period, including SAT practice content, scoring, review, and related tools. If the user cancels after that period has started, the fee already paid for that period will not be refunded, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
이용자는 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 해지 또는 청약철회를 요청할 수 있습니다. 다만 Pro 및 Premium은 선결제형 디지털 서비스로서, 유료 이용기간이 개시되면 해당 기간의 디지털 이용권과 서비스 접근 권한이 즉시 제공되므로, 관련 법령상 달리 요구되지 않는 한 중도 해지 여부와 관계없이 해당 기간에 대한 환불은 제공되지 않으며, 해지는 다음 결제 또는 갱신의 중단 효력만 가집니다.
Users may request cancellation or withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, Pro and Premium are prepaid digital services, and once the paid service period begins, the digital use rights and service access for that period are made available immediately. For that reason, no refund is provided for the current period even if the user cancels midway, except where applicable law requires otherwise, and cancellation only stops the next billing or renewal.
이용자는 관련 법령, 본 약관, 서비스 화면에 고지된 안내를 준수하여야 하며, 부정사용·무단복제·서비스 운영 방해 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and any service notices. Fraudulent use, unauthorized copying, and interference with service operations are prohibited.
회사는 시스템 점검, 기술상 필요, 정책 변경 또는 법령 준수를 위하여 서비스의 일부를 수정, 중단, 제한할 수 있습니다.
QuizMania(퀴즈매니아) may modify, suspend, or limit parts of the service when required for maintenance, technical necessity, policy updates, or legal compliance.
서비스, 디자인, 문서, 소프트웨어 및 관련 콘텐츠에 대한 권리는 회사 또는 정당한 권리자에게 귀속됩니다.
All rights in the service, its design, documents, software, and related content belong to QuizMania(퀴즈매니아) or the applicable rights holder.

본 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따릅니다. 국문과 영문이 상충하는 경우 국문본을 우선합니다.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If the Korean and English versions conflict, the Korean version prevails.
